My Telo has been flashing Red for 2 days.

When I login, it states "We are having difficulty accessing your account, call 1-888-711-6662"

They are closed, 24 hour live support is closed, phone does not work, unable to login, and when I attempt to call my Ooma number via my cell....it just rings and never goes to the online voice mail or forwarding number.

My Ooma Telo is completely INOP, MY Ooma website is INOP, and No one is available for ANY customer support?????

Great situation.

My suggestion...Make 24 hour support...24 hours. Make email support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

When the phone and network go INOP. the only way to contact you is via email or live Chat and neither of them is open 24/7.

Make a weblink for people to check the Ooma Network status 24/7 so when we call we can at leaste eliminate THAT item from the list of troubleshooting we have already done when you DO finally open for tech support..
