I get a "Notice: Message not found" error on my Android phone or iPad Safari browser when I click on a number on my mobile web portal InBox.

This used to work for me.

On both the iPad and my Droid Bionic phone, the MOBILE versions of the website (https://my.ooma.com/m) are provided – this is where the problem seems to be. Everything is FINE on the DESKTOP version of the portal (https://my.ooma.com/dashboard or https://my.ooma.com/inbox).

Can someone confirm that the MOBILE portal is working for them to retrieve VMs?

Thanks for the pointer to the other thread. Glad to know it's not just me.

This used to work.

I've been unable to get a useful response from Ooma on this issue.

I don't use Safari because it's so slow, but it works fine on my MB Pro with Chrome
