Callers with no {empty, null} phone number....

Did you check whether you have your Anonymous block enabled?

Enable Anonymous Call Block is on.
I'm getting a lot of these calls and cannot black list them.
Ooma - do you have an answer to this problem? Thank you for responding.

KC,

Ray in tech support had to fix this at the device level.
It was set to "ON" in the GUI but NOT on the device.
After Ray made the adjustments, it has worked very well.
