Problems using My Ooma? Ideas on how we can make it better? You’ve come to the right place.

If I haven't been to My Ooma page in a while, when I try going there I end up at a "We're sorry, there was a problem processing the page." error page. The My Ooma site loads when I reload the page, so it's just a one time error message (though it comes back).

Similarly, if I then go to play a voice mail, I'll get a one time "Service temporarily unavailable. Please try again." error message. I then have to reload the page and then I can play voice mails.

So basically to play voice mails I do the follow:

1. Go to http://my.ooma.com and get error page.
2. Reload to get to Dashboard.
3. Go to voice mail page and press play and get error message.
4. Reload voice mail page and press play again and listen to message.

Two of the above steps (getting errors) shouldn't be happening, but they happen very frequently. I've seen this both at work and at home.

Anyone else notice this?

I just logged in from my work place. I didn't get the initial error page that I usually do, though I usually remain logged in so maybe manually logged in had something to do with that.

I did get the error trying to listen to my voice mail messages. Reloading the page fixed that.

It seems like the page loads before the resources are ready which results in errors. Reloading the page fixes that.

Note: I see the same error that thunderbird sees:

Code: Select allError: $.gritter is undefined

Thanks, I'll pass on to our engineering team!
