Multi-ring does not work. Ooma does not call the MR number for inbound calls. I tried deleting it, waiting, and re-entering it in the MR feature of the lounge. Still doesn't work. Why?

I got multi-ring to work, but it would be a lot easier and better overall if I could forward the second number alone (i.e. without forwarding my primary number).

It seems that logging in on the second number will allow me to enable multi-ring on the second line. However, it will not work without forwarding the first line.

I believe ooma will not multi ring if you have your landline integrated with your ooma phone system. The calls are actually coming in on your landline and not ooma.
Is this the way you are set up?

No, no landline, just Ooma. Multi ring no workee, unless you don't need voicemail from ooma (have to set voicemail answer at 59 seconds in order for multi ring to work).

When you enter the phone number that you are forwarding the calls to do not put any dashes in the number. The example below the box shows dashes (555-555-1212) but just enter the number (555555121).
