Hey everyone, my number has been fully ported since 12/9/2010 from verizon. I have been using ooma for over a month and for incoming calls they are ALL listed as unknown. Is there anyway to receive caller id? Is it an extra paid feature? I would like to have caller ID activated instead of 'UNKNOWN'. Please help :(

Looks like you started receiving caller-ID yesterday after your port completed. Are you starting to see caller-ID info on your phone now?

I'm guessing your unit was configured in landline mode without caller-ID service on your landline before the port completed.
