At the bottom of the board index page, there is a link to delete board cookies. What does that do. If I delete board cookies what will happen?

The cookies tell the bulletin board software what threads you have looked at and are useful for displaying new threads, etc. Unless you have a reason to do so, I would leave them be. No personal information is supplied to ooma, but it does make your forum experience a little more personal.
