Rename Handset Feature

Post by gwwooley » Wed Jun 09, 2010 4:19 pm

Need to be able to name/rename the handset name from Handset x to whatever you want (x characters). This is a current issue for me and I have only one phone because of it (instead of purchasing and activating four ...) ... gww

That's a good idea for a feature.

This should be a high priority fix that would make the handsets much more useful. Can a company representative please respond to tell us whether this is being considered? My five-year-old Panasonic handsets have this feature and it is very useful.

Well, in the meantime you could get an engraving machine and engrave names on the handsets: names like Kitchen or Living Room or whatever you like.

One like my New Hermes ITX-L would do a nice job.
