I like that for premier customers they now offer forwarding of calls when there is a network outage.
But I don't understand how this could be implemented this way.
I want to set up my phone to ring on the home Ooma phone and my cell phone so I assume I need the multi-ring. But I also want to (of course) forward calls to my cell if the network is down. But it appears I can only do one of the other. Is that true ? If it is this is a horrible implementation that makes no sense.
