I would like to use ooma with my business fax but I am afraid that the call waiting feature my interrupt a fax in progress. I would recommend being able to disable the call waiting feature.

Correct, it is currently a special request to disable call waiting. I noticed that you have 2 accounts.

I actively dislike having the Call Waiting feature on my line. Before signing up with Ooma, I had deliberately opted out of it with the legacy providers that serviced my account.

I look forward to being able to disable Call Waiting from the My Ooma panel!
