I thought ooma deleted all call logs after 60 days?.My account is over 60 days(by 5 days) but my call logs are still there.Does anybody know if they will be deleted and when.

There is nothing in my call log older than November 11.
Are you saying that you have calls in your log older than that?

i signed up on november 5th 2009 and my call log is still there.Same with yours nothing older than november 11th Is it just every call over 60 days gets deleted..or the entire call log gets deleted

Calls roll off the back end of the log when they exceed 60 days.
The log always has 60 days worth of calls in it.

:| I was wondering WHY do you have to wait for your LOG page to empty every sixty days ? Isn't there anyway that you[ooma company] can set up A function that would allow the user to delete there "IN coming" and "Out going" calls anytime they want to ? In other words, put in a DELETE Fuction ? ? :idea:

I have been asking for that for over a year now with no response from ooma. (PUT A DELETE BUTTON IN THERE OOMA!!)
