I purchased ooma and activated it earlier this month and I submitted the form online for the $50 international calling credit. How long does it take to process that as I haven't seen it show up in my ooma lounge yet. Just curious to the time frame, thanks.

Usually they get processed within a week or two. So if you submitted it earlier this month, then it probably should've been processed by now. Let me ask what's the hold up.

Looks like we're a couple weeks behind on fulfillment of the international calling credits. I'll see if we can expedite the calling credits to your account.

I just logged into my ooma lounge and the $50 international calling credit is there now, thank you so much for looking into this for me!! Can't wait to test the international calling quality now!! :D
