Regulatory Fees

Who pays them, how do we get billed for them, etc. etc.

Sorry, I could not resist. I think that since even the Telo has the fees paid for the first year we won't see any billing until a year after the release date - was that September or October?? Then I think it will just be charged to the credit card on file and might be accompanied with an email confirming the $11.95 charge. I think this is what happens with porting now, isn't it? I also believe that it is only going to be charged to people who bought the stand-alone hub from Costco B&M stores or the Telo. I don't think it applies to some folks who involved in testing the Telo before release as those systems were placed in service before the change in TOS.
