When I first installed my Telo the cord seemed to fit just fine - but after a lot of testing where I needed to disconnect the power to reset things, it got pretty loose. I did as others have suggested and emailed the email@example.com
address. I know that sometimes a glitch in their system will spit things back, but with me it took. A couple of days later, I had in my hands a nice new AC adapter. This one has a little longer chrome part that actually "clicks" when it enters the Telo. Things are great with the new adapter. Great Job ooma!
