I do not agree. With the $15, you get Premier features in additional to the International calling bundle. You cannot compare that with providers that only gives you the International calling connection.

The initial purchase price for the Ooma equipment is for the dial tone, voice mail etc service. You should not expect to keep getting more for free. Also, that is for the life time of the equipment. Normally, it is about minimum 5 years. If you get more than 5 years, good for you.

It is perfectly understandable that Ooma tries to increase their Premier subscription base by adding Premier only services to make it more attractive. If Ooma wants to do it, they can also offer International calling bundle to non-premier customer but of course with a higher price than $5, say may be $10. However, at that time, there will be other people complaining about the price difference.
