You would thing the Telo could be wireless Wi-Fi. This would make it possible to put it anywhere in the house. I think it could be done but quality may suffer. Maybe the usb could support a wireless usb device.

Probably not advisable. But if you really needed that, you could always buy a $30 wireless bridge and use that. It works fine for XBox and things like that.
