Some incoming calls do not ring. The caller hears it ringing and will then go to the recorder. Is this happening to anyone else? What can be done to correct it?

I had a similar problem. I was never sure if it was ooma or some interaction or low ringer setting I had on the new cordless phone system I attached to the hub.

I reset the ooma hub as someone reccommended in another thread by removing the power to the hub and holding down the blue tab for a while as power was reapplied.
That made a difference in the ringer performance, but I don't know for how long. I get very few calls.

Is your ooma hub behind a firewall?
