After months of having my ooma hub I finally used it to call long distance. I added some funds to my account and made a long distance call to mexico. Three days later I tried making another long distance call to mexico (multiple times) and all I heard was an operator voice saying "your call cannot be completed at this time." So I had to use my other house phone (which is not connected to my ooma hub or scout) to make my long distance call. This made me kinda mad, but what got me even more mad was that they charged as if the call was completed. It was only about a minute or two in total, but still, that's freakin' lame. Does anyone know what went wrong there? thanks.

Oh...I just checked my recent long distance activity and I guess I was mistaken, they didn't charge me. Does anyone know why I couldn't make that call though?
