My suggestion is that Ooma needs to post understandable instructions and feature explanations somewhere on their website so that people can set up and alter all of the features on their system without having to call cs for everything they wish to change /set up /understand. The Ooma Telo was easy enough to get up and running, but the HD2 phones were another story entirely. Add to that the fact that at least half the cs people don't have a clue as to how to set them up or don't know how to explain how to set them up and things get very frustrating very quickly (and the Indian accents don't help, either). How on earth are people supposed to know that one has to go into "phone numbers" to change the name of the phone? How are we supposed to know that the only time we will ever see the HD indicator on our HD2 handsets is when (if ever) we are talking to another Ooma user? Instructions, people! We need some actual decent instructions!

Anyone else notice how, now 4 months later, no one at Ooma has chosen to respond to this suggestion? I guess they just don't care.
