First, this is not an arguement of Premium features vs. basic.
It can be taken for granted that this will continue with the Premium feature set.

So, the suggestion is that the firmware be updated so that setting the "call screening" checkbox for would enable real call screening to occur. That is the powerful feature that Google voice employs (or at least used to) whereby the Ooma user could pick up the phone and hear the caller as they leave a voicemail along with having the option to interrupt the process and be connected directly with the press of a button on the keypad. (And not just the keypad for the HD2 or other proprietary Ooma cordless solution, simply a regular phone.) I think Premium subscribers would greatly appreciate this. My Telo has a woefully inadequate speaker for call screening (And, yes, it is on maximum volume.)
