Sometimes I get incoming calls, usually telemarketers, the message states what in incoming caller's number is, but that same number does not appear on my call log, so I can't figure out how to blacklist them. Please help, other than that little bug I think Ooma is great!

If they are not hitting your blacklist, must be hitting community blacklist.
Make the treatment other than VM to make the VMs go away.
