Do not Disturb option is available if you have an OOMA handset connected to the system. This should be an option that the user could select through their "MY OOMA" page. This would make it easier, if you do not have any handsets........

You can hold down the "send to voicemail" button (the envelope with the downwards arrow above it, one up from the bottom right) on the Telo for a few seconds to activate or cancel "do not disturb".
