Currently, you can not make a phone call on your iPad, iPhone or android without paying a fee while at home.
It only seems natural that you could use any phone device at home and only at home

I tried making a call with my toaster and it failed. Went to Costco today and bought a new toaster. Hopefully it will have this much needed feature. Having to use a telephone to make phone calls is so 80's. :P
