New Equipment

If and when I am faced with replacing my Telo unit (3 years old now), what is involved in replacing the unit using my existing tel no? :?:

Get a new one, call into customer service and have them transfer your account.
Customer Since: 3/13/10
Hardware: Telo & Hub
Service: Premier 12/06/10

Thanks for the response, lbmofo! Does OOMA care if I bought the unit from Best Buy or somewhere else beside OOMA?

No as long as new. Authorized retailer or directly from Ooma is recommended.
