...I like Ooma letting the caller know who processed the call. This way if a message is lost, someone has an idea where the problem is...

Also the distinctive OOMA Tone upon connection of the call is a kind of "signature advertisement"

It can't hurt, just think it it helps the service, more customers give the company a better chance. I know, but if one person for each of us just googled OOMA and read about the company and gave it a try, it would double the base.

I hear you and you have a valid point...I do think - as others have said -that cell service providers also mention their "network" and it never seemed to bother me, but I do see your point and tend to agree with you!
