I didn't originally purchase a handset but now I'd like to because I need to place the handset where there isn't a phone jack (if I had a phone jack I'd be able to buy any vendors wireless phone).
How do I tell if my Telo unit is one of the ones that is able to communicate with the Telo Handset? I get the idea that the older units can't - is that true?
I see that a new handset will be available at the end of this year. Is it worth waiting for?
It's doesn't appear that there are many of the older Telo Handsets available. I can find a few that are 100-0200-300 and 100-0200-301. Anyone know if there are any important fixes in what I am guessing is the newer one (eg. the 301).
I don't want to buy a Telo Handset 100-0200-300 if I should opt for the 100-0200-301 or wait for the new one. I certainly don't want to do either if my unit won't support the handset.
Many thanks for help
If all you need is to have more than one phone handset, a Telo handset is not required. You can use a two-unit phone set such as http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6876101349 and it should work just fine.
The original Telo handset appears to be out of production.
I've seen them on eBay for inflated prices.
At this point I would wait for the new handset.
