2 lingering issues

I had several issues with the Ooma service until I made the Ooma device my primary router. This has significantly improved the quality of the calls, but I occasionally see the following issues:
1) It's rare, but we are getting calls dropped when it's greater than 29 minutes. We don't make a ton of calls that last this long, but it seems that there is a high percentage that this occurs.
2) The XBOX 360 loses the ability to access xbox live. This is generally when attempting to connect for the first time for the day (never happens in the middle of a game). To resolve this, I have to reset the Ooma device. :(

Have you configured the Ooma box to always use it's built-in MAC address?
