I am having this exact problem trying to setup Google Voice with my Telo. I get this error message
"Service temporarily unavailable. Please try again." Google send me this ""Someone recently tried to sign in to your Google
Account, xxx@gmail.com. We prevented the sign-in attempt in case this was a hijacker
trying to access your account. Please review the details of the sign-in attempt:"

Any solution for this? I emailed Ooma support also.

I changed my google voice password to a 8 character password and was able to successfully setup google voice
with Ooma. So try changing your password to get it to work.

This does seem to resolve the issue for one of my test accounts, however folks should be warned that Google does NOT allow you to set your account to a previously used password:
