I purchased my Telo in August 2010, so it is less than two years old. The speaker has quit functioning. The only solution offered is a replacement at $139.99. I am unimpressed. I use the premier service, so there is nothing free about it, especially when the equipment has such a short life-span :x

I assume you tried pressing the volume button several times to make sure it wasn't down to zero?

I've had mine for exactly one year. No problems other than needing to reboot it a couple of times and there were a couple of outages as well in the past year. I hope the unit lasts much longer. I almost went for the $40 per year extended warranty, as the break even point is almost 4 years, but I decided to take my chances. I hope that isn't a mistake.
