If anyone of you running through the issue of "Ooma IP address" such as Ooma internet setting: Home, internet, networking, port forwarding then here is some tips...
Connect port "Home network Ooma" directly to laptop, Desktop port "Ethernet cable" and type "setup.ooma.com". The Ooma box home screen will pop up for configuration... In order to fix all connections issues and get the Ooma box work as suppose to then each items "home, internet, forwarding, need to be default". hit reset and update.... After all this Ooma box should be back to normal and all blue lights should be up including Ooma logo... Ready to make the call.... Just run into the issue configu webcam and port forwading and now all fixes....

Good point, especially for someone that can access Ooma Setup, but not the Internet. ;)

*#*#099 Factory reset the Ooma Telo (warning: deletes all configurations) does the same thing if your Ooma Telo is up and running.
