Headphone Jack on HD2?

Post by gbcox » Tue Jan 10, 2012 8:50 am

I just read a news article about the new Telo HD2 handset. Please tell me that OOMA corrected the major design flaw from the first generation and finally included a headphone jack. This has been the major stumbling block keeping me from moving to Telo.

Yes, you could see it in one of the pics (jack is to the right of the phone).

Not sure if it is 2.5mm or 3.5mm though. 3.5mm would be nicer because a lot of folks can just use their Blackberry, iPhone headsets.

They had two other prototypes. One of the engineers ate the first one and the second one had some great features for distribution but proved to be too large to be manufactured economically.
