That was one the concerns of mine when considering my Ooma system was that one day they would fold up their tents and leave town due to financial reasons. If I can make it through a year with Ooma I will break even after dumping AT&T. I was paying them $25 a month just for unlimited local calling and absolutely nothing else. Hang in there another nine months Ooma.

i've converted quite a few people to Ooma service since 2007.

my advice to them and to y'all to keep Ooma in business.
if you like the service, go PREMIUM.
besides getting all the nice features, think of it as donation to keep Ooma in business.

like any other business, Ooma needs revenue.
if Ooma folds, we all lose.

the annual Premium cost is still a bargain compares to my old landline service.
i've been with Ooma since 2007.

the only disappoinment i have with Ooma at this point is that when calling Ooma to Ooma, the multi-ring feature doesn't work.
also, would be nice if the Ooma Mobile can accept calls too not just for outgoing calls!!
