Ooma have you heard of a company called Netflix? Netflix raised rates by 60% and the customers got mad and many left.
Now you have the balls and audacity to raise rates above 200%. What do you think your customers are thinking right now? (Magic Jack)

Ooma did not raise rates. Free service is still free; Premier is still 10 bucks a month. Ooma can't be blamed for increasing taxes; the taxes are still lower than other bills (Vonage, Cell phone, landline etc).
