I currently use the Ooma Telo with 2 HD Ooma handsets for business on Premier service. If I'm on a call on one handset with the first caller, I'd prefer the 2nd caller's call to ring the 2nd handset so that someone else can answer the call. If no one answers the call, then it can go to voicemail.

This is a customer service judgment on my part. I like all my customers to get through and speak with a live person rather than getting a busy signal and having to call back later. Because customer service is the utmost importance on my list, I will never use the busy-signal feature.

You do have a point with the busy-signal feature, so I hope Ooma will have a fix soon.
