Lately, I am getting an error message "Service temporarily unavailable. Please try again." when I try to delete a voicemail from Dashboard. I try again later, and same problem.

First try the 20 minutes power off Ooma Telo, then power back on and test. If that doesn't work, contact Ooma Customer Support:

I've noticed there is still a problem deleting voicemails from the Dashboard. They appear to delete, but show back up again. So, I have to leave the Dashboard and go to Voicemail to actually accomplish a real delete that sticks.

Delete your Voicemails Voicemail / INBOX here: https://my.ooma.com/inbox/folder/INBOX

Then go to Voicemail / Trash and delete them again : https://my.ooma.com/inbox/folder/Trash
