How about allowing us to disable voicemail when not wanted? Reasons? Do a search of "disable voicemail" on the boards. A max of 59 sec before pick up doesn't stop people from leaving messages.
Seems like this one could be a no-brainer to implement.

+1 to this request. It seems to me that it could easily be accomplished by adding a "never" or "indefinite" option to the voicemail pick-up time setting list. I would settle for a setting of "one hour."

OOMA already has the ability to do this.
Just call their customer service.
They can make a change on the backend for you.
