Want to acknowledge a solid experience with Ooma Service, Customer Support & the Forums. Purchased 3 weeks ago, installed, porting completed! Customer service was great & the forums helpful in addressing all questions.

Time for me to just use the service & be comfortable with available support if needed in the future.

Here's my 2-cents.
Ooma has been our service since January. The few minor issues we've had, have been resolved. Call quality has always been great and reliable. Delay was about 1 second at first, but is now about 1/4 second - better than cell phones.
By the end of next month, the telo will have paid for itself. It's great to be able to call anywhere without thinking about racking up long distance charges on top of pricey landline service. Ooma has been a good choice for us.
