One thing I like about my phone service from Comcast that doesn't seem to be available with Ooma is the ability to set up shortcuts for dialing numbers.

For example on Comcast dialing *99 dials my voice mail number. That's a built in shortcut that can't be changed, but there are a bunch of user defined shortcuts which are 2#, 3#, ..., 9#. I can set up any number I want and associate it with one of those shortcuts. For example 2# is my parents, when I dial that it immediately calls my parents without actually dialing the number. It's very fast.

Since Ooma actually supports Contacts, it seems like it would be fairly easy to support shortcuts as well. Are there any plans to add this?

Telo handsets already have speed dial.

That doesn't help people who don't have Telo handsets.

Also most handsets allow saving numbers, but having them saved online and being able to modify them there would be nice.
