Premier account expiration and other "billing" options

Post by dealman » Wed Mar 18, 2009 8:55 pm

How do I know when my Premier Account expires? How much was my credit card actually charged when I signed up? How will I renew the Premier Account option?

If these options don't exist in the "Account" tab (I could not find), they really should be added. The "Account Billing" features are really lacking.

Other than that, the service and hardware are great!

THANKS!

Your Premier expires 12 months plus your free trial time when you joined ooma. I believe ooma will send you a notice reminding you that your Premier subscription will expire as it nears end.
No, as far as I know you can't find that in your account and I agree with you that it should be.
