how long is Ooma Telo Handset warranty ? I bought it at BestBuy 10 months ago. Now it does not work. I went to BestBuy to exchange another one, but BestBuy has not been resolved. They said it was more than 30 days, and they can not exchange to me the other. They said I should contact Ooma to resolve this case. So, What should I do now? Please help me! Thank you very much.

Why can't you call them?
Connect a corded (or cordless phone base) to the phone port of the telo and make the call.
If that doesn't work, you have a Telo base problem not a handset problem.
Power cycle the Telo base and try again.
