For about a week now some calls that are on my personal blacklist are now getting through. The list has worked fine for months up til then. I unplugged and restarted my ooma box, which has fixed some other problems in the past, but it is still the same. Is there something else I can do?

There's a bug that affects users with more than 170 numbers in their blocked lists, causing them to work improperly. According to one of the site's moderators, there's a fix ready to go but it hasn't been implemented yet. So your blacklist should start working again soon.
