Have been using the Telo for several months. It has been working well. Went out of town and while I was out, the Telo started to flash red and we had no dial tone. Since I returned I have unplugged the power cord and allowed the system to reset (three times now), each time it comes back to flashing red.

I still have internet access downstream of the ooma. The icons on the Telo are solid blue (1,2, trashcan, and envelope).

Any suggestions?

Hello,

With those buttons lit, your telo is not receiving a network connection to the Ooma network.
Have you tried connecting a pc to the "Home Network" port & opening a browser to access:
setup.ooma.com or 172.27.35.1 & go to the status link.
