Number is not in service

Hi. Just set up my Ooma Telo last night. I could make calls right away but when someone calls they get an automated response saying "the number you have called is not in service, please check the number and try again." Same thing this morning. What gives? I appreciate any help you all can give me.

If your number is an ooma assigned number and you have trouble receiving calls, call customer service.

Maybe a routing issue and they can usually assign you a different number right away.

Thanks for your help. Called customer service and they gave me a new number. Problem fixed.
