My wife's cell phone rings at the same time as our home phone which is connected to the Telo but that feature isn't available without Premier. During the trial, the only Premier feature that I cared about and configured was the one that would call her cell phone if the Telo died or we lost Internet service. How can I shut off a feature I no longer have access to that I never configured in the first place?

You will need to call support at 888 711-6662 and have them disable it. For some reason, this bug still pops up occasionally. Unfortunately, it cannot be dealt with unless you involve support.
