??? I'm not sure what you mean.

If you're referring to the Instant Second Line, no it can't be disabled, but can only be used with a Telo handset or Scout.

If you want to be able switch over to an existing conversation with the handset or phone connected to the Scout, you can do that now.

I'm not clear as well. Your account shows basic service active(non premier). This limits you to a single line.
Is it call waiting you are looking to disable?
