we have two premier ooma services with 4 lines

no incoming phones are ringing gonig direct to voice mail premier service on both systems are not working havent been home yet to see if the system at home is working or not but i don't think so it is going directly to voice mail

we can mke calls on all 6 of our lines (2 per premier service)

Help please

I would suggest that you call customer support at 888 711-6662.

I also strongly suggest that you remove your real phone numbers from your post to a forum that can be viewed by the public, including spammer's bots looking for phone numbers.

problem fixed, can't belie3ve i did the problem to myself the mail buttom was lite and it then sends all calls to the message center. i turned it off and calls started coming in all fixed only been using the system for two years sved 10,000 and learned something new thanks ooma
