I use multi-ring with my Ooma. When I answer the call from my cell phone, the call will cut off abruptly after 2 to 5 minutes. All of a sudden the person on the other end of the line is disconnected. Is there some specific reason for this? Is there any setting that would affect this?

For reference I have my cable modem plugged in directly to the Ooma hub and the hub is then plugged unto my router.

I can now confirm that this cut off after 3- 5 minutes is also happening to incoming and outgoing calls from my ooma live as well as to the calls going to cellphone through multi-ring

Any ideas???
