my friends ooma just today started making noice from base unit about every 30 seconds--- dial tone still works--- but cant keep unit plugged in because of the noise--- further when we tried to get onto ooma support- the system wont take the password - it just keeps saying the user and password dont match----we have reset the base a couple of time by unplugging the power cord- still no luck

How do we get this all fixed- phone is useless as is-- --

This problem that a freind referred to is mine- i finally was able to register and log in-- --IT is my Telo that is producing the issue - thanks in advance for trying to help me
