I have two Ooma handsets and am a Premier subscriber. Is there any way currently to record in-bound calls for training purposes via the Ooma features, or does one need to resort to a third party vendor/system? thanks,

Sorry if I'm misunderstanding your question but isn't that a phone feature? Two of the last three cordless phones I've owned have a headset jack. I've used the output of that to go into at various times a mini-cassette recorder and into the line-in jack on my desktop (dbpoweramp) and my MACBOOK (soundflower). It's been handy for conference calls and meetings as I can concentrate on the call and create meeting minutes/notes later on. I haven't done this in awhile but I don't see any reason why it should stop working because the transport mechanism is now via OOMA not AT&T.
