I can retrieve my VM via myooma with no problems. However, when I try to retrieve by picking up a handset and pressing the play button, I am informed that I need to finish setting up VM by creating a new PIN number and pressing #. When I do that, after I press #, nothing happens. The phone goes silent and there is no response.

I have tried this several times now. Anybody have any suggestions on how I might fix this?
